Maternity Wardrobe first opened in 1989 in the Shops at Wyndhurst Station in Roland Park. This maternity boutique became a very popular destination shop that featured fashions that were not available elsewhere in the Baltimore area.
Phyllis Como, the owner, soon noticed that maternity customers often shopped with their mom, grandmother or girlfriends.  Women enjoy shopping together. The result? A second boutique called Wyndhurst Separates featured ladies casual clothing and accessories.  Two years later, a third boutique was added-Baby Wear.
In August 2005, all three stores moved to Hunt Valley Town Centre and share the same retail space. The boutiques are now called: 

The Wardrobe: Ladies - Maternity - Baby.
